This page is under construction.... Builder/Owners of New Traditions Custom Homes: Andrew Hartman and Lea Barker are not only partners but siblings as well. We spent our childhood with both parents working in the builder/ developer/ Realtor industry. From a young age we were exposed to this industry. Every Sunday we went for a Sunday drive to view new developments, new models and open houses. Our love of home building was planted at an early age and blossomed into adulthood. Andrew started out his home building career working as a laborer for Hartland Homes at 17. After pursuing school and other jobs he came back to Hartland Homes. He worked in accounting and estimating and also spent part of his time working for the other sub contractors learning their jobs so he could get a better understanding of the issues they face when building homes. Andrew enjoys watching the finished product come together and seeing the customers satisfied with the work done just for them! After a short career in TV advertising, Lea started her career in home building and real estate as a sales person for Hartland Homes. After 7 years in the sales force, she became the sales manager which included hiring, training and motivating the sales force, marketing homes and helping create new plans and options. Over the years, Lea has helped over 200 families build a new home. At New Traditions, Lea enjoys working with the clients to help make their dream home a satisfying reality. In 2010, the President of Hartland Homes retired and Andrew and Lea, along with their brother Mathew, created New Traditions Home & Realty, LLC. New Traditions is a home builder and a real estate brokerage. Construction Team: Ruben and Andy work together on each house to ensure your home is built correctly, on-time and to customer satisfaction. Ruben Martinez started his career in 1979 working on modular homes. Later he worked as a handyman in property management, had his own remodeling company and worked his way up from punch out to site supervisor for Hartland Homes. Ruben enjoys the everyday challenges in building homes. |
